It offers various departments, facilities, and services such as the Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development, Lifelong Learning /Continuing Education, the Genesis Centre, and English as a Second Language Programs.

For instance, English as a Second Language Programs at Memorial provides a 12-week Intensive English Program three times per year, 5-week English Language Summer School each July, English for Special Purposes, as well as custom-designed courses.
