Baltimore Court is an on-campus family housing. There are 13 apartment units available in this building. Each apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom and it is fully furnished. Also, there is a playground located next to this building.

Students living in Burton's Pond Apartments are provided with facilities such as study room, computer lab, a lounge, laundry room, and mail room. These facilities are located in Corte Real. As well, in Corte Real there are vending snack and drink machines available in this building.

There are several accommodations and facilities offered while living in while living in Burton's Patton College Houses. The office that is responsible for on-campus accommodations is located in 309 Hatcher House. The accommodations provided include processing applications, room assignment and changes, meal plan changes, financial charges (i.e. residence fees, meal plan fees, etc.), mail management, and general inquiries.

In addition, guidance is supported and offered by the Residence Life Office to students living on and off campus such as RezEx - The Residence Experience (i.e. residence orientation); Academic support, including tutors; Social, Recreational, and Educational Programming and Activities; and Supervising the Residence Coordinators, Resident Assistants, and Academic Assistants.

All on-campus housing is absolutely smoke free.
