Earth Sciences building is located near Morrissey Drive and this building is interconnected to many other buildings through skywalk such as University Centre, Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Chemistry-Physics.

The department of Earth Sciences offers a number of degree options to the students such as single honors degree, combined honours programs, and joint programs. Earth Sciences' combined honours programs associate with the departments of Geography, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

There are also a number of units and servies located in this building such as Teaching Assistants Union of MUN (TAUMUN), MUN Faculty Association, Sexual Harassment Office, and Landmark Graphics Visualization Laboratory.
