Court Real consists of an office, International Student Advising Office (ISA) and facilities and services such as common room, computer lab, study room, mail room, laundry room, and campus food bank.

International Student Advising (ISA) Office provides help to international students pertaining to various matters such as immigration advice, health insurance, housing, employment, and other issues related to international students.

In the basement of Corte Real, ISA Office, mail room, laundry room, and campus food bank are located.

Computer lab, study room, and common room are situated on the first floor in the building. The common room is furnished with TV, couches, pools, and dining area. The computer lab provides computers and a printer. Additionally, there are desks, chairs, and a photocopy machine available in the study room.
