Hokkien Style Noodle/Mee Goreng Veggie with Fried Egg

An epic Hokkien noodle that can be made without breaking a single sweat. It's a definitely a must try recipe

Methods

Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the tofu for 4 minutes each side. Once tofu is cooked, remove it from heat and put it aside. When the tofu cools down you can cut it into pieces.

In the same pan, add blended ingredients (onion, garlic, hot peppers) into the pan. Mix it well until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup. Stir them well then add the tofu and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Take the cabbage, bean sprouts and sliced carrots and add them into the pan. Leave them to cook for 4 minutes and finally add the noodle in the pan. Stir it well and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.

Fry the egg in another pan. Finally, serve the noodle with the egg.
