Shipping:

We can ship to most countries around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping charges and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In order to ensure accurate estimates, shipping quotes are calculated automatically base on your location by Canada Post. 

Cost: 

In order to get the shipping price, you need to add an item to your shopping cart and click on 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' in 'Your Shopping Cart'. You will be presented with different shipping options which you may choose from. The shipping cost are base on your country and item's weight.

Overcharging:

In an event if the actual shipping cost is significantly lower than the amount you have paid for shipping, the difference will be refunded to you.

Undercharge:

In an event if the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount you have paid for shipping (due to post zones of your location), you will be contacted with an invoice to pay the difference.

Shipping via Surface:

Please expect from 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, if you choose Surface. The package usually arrives within the first 4 weeks. In rare cases, it might take over 8 weeks.

Insurance:

If the shipping method you choose does not include insurance, we will not be responsible for any damage to your item nor if the item is lost. Insurance is highly recommended.

Faster & Safer Shipping:

If you wish to receive your item faster and safer than surface or regular air, you can choose XPressPost for faster or Priority for fastest delivery option. 

Customs:

All international packages upon arrival to buyer's country, will go through customs. Depending on buyer's country rules, package content, content condition, content value and etc, some packages might be subject to customs fee and/or tax duty.
