What is RapidPro?

RapidPro is the basis for most features in each RapidShare Account. This feature will enable you to download parallel and unlimited amount of files at unlimited speed (limited to your ISP). RapidPro also allows you to use the Secure Storage and to customize your Account according to your individual need.

How can I change my RapidPro storage space?

You can change your storage space any time. Go to and select a package. Once purchased, the new running time of your account will be calculated based on RapidShare conversion system.

How can I receive immediate activation?

You may use our immediate activation feature only when our live support is online. If you do not wish to wait for your activation, make sure our live support is online before making your payment. Otherwise, regular activation time applies. If our live support is online, click on the chat button and speak to one of our representatives who will be able to assist you to activate your Rapids immediately.

How will get paid out for referrals?

When you received at least 20€ for inviting friends, you can get the money paid out to a PayPal account after a waiting period of 30 days. Please contact the support for further information.

How are files uploaded through a web browser?

To upload a file, please login to your account and then click on "My files". Here you can click on the orange cloud icon on the top left and chose the file you would like to upload.

How do I delete my account?

Please note, there is no need to delete your account as all accounts are free of charge and do not cause any additional cost when expired.

Deleted accounts, Rapids and files cannot be restored anymore.

If you still want to delete your account, please contact our support: Kindly note, you have to verify yourself as the account owner.

Why is the requested file not available?

Please check the error message which appears on our site. If you use a download tool, please copy the link into your browser and check for an error message.

I have exceeded my storage space limit, what do I do now?

You can't upload any files if you exceeded your storage limit. You will get an error message which asks you to clear your storage of unused data or to upgrade to a bigger RapidPro offer. If you don't upgrade or clear some of your storage, your files will be deleted according priorities.

How do I download a file?

First, click on the download link or open it in the address bar of your browser. You will be redirected to the page where you can choose between Free Download and Rapid Download. Now select the corresponding download type. Only RapidPro users can choose Rapid Download and save the file directly. Free Download Users must first wait for the indicated waiting period. After expiration of the waiting period you can now confirm the download. With the following download link, you can test the process:
